steep learning curve for jumping and vault. could not get vault to work on the controller though. wish there was more

I agree, jumping and vaulting could be more fine-tuned and a bit cleaner in general. I’m kinda happy with how vaulting turned out, but it’s a little hard to position sometimes and it also isn’t clear where the actual hitbox for it is. We didn’t do very much testing unfortunately, as we were still finishing aspects of the character on the last day. We also didn’t do much if any testing with controllers. Mistakes were made.
I also wish there was more, but that’s how game jams go sometimes. You have massive plans, and then real life gets in the way and most of it doesn’t get done. Bummer, but it is what it is and we had fun so totally worth.
